Start a new site

/a2s-idea [ideas, comma-separated — or empty for suggestions]

Optional. Finds and validates a site idea: demand from live autocomplete, competition, AI-answer opportunity and hosting cost, with a go / maybe / skip verdict. Can use Ahrefs data if you have it.

/a2s-brief [anything you already know: name, domain, competitor URL]

Fills the Site Brief: name, domain, competitor, main and supporting keywords, FAQ questions, and a keyword map with one search intent per page.

/a2s-stack

Decides the tech stack and hosting and tells you whether it can run free on Cloudflare (🟢 free, 🟡 free with limits, 🔴 paid), with options if it will cost money.

/a2s-build [setup | site]

Phase A installs the design and build tools, then you restart Claude Code. Phase B builds the site in your project root from the SEO-core Astro template and hands off to the design department.

/a2s-design [plan | build | review]

The design department: a Design Read of your brief, 3 visual directions shown as screenshots to pick from, a build with the design skills, and a side-by-side review against competitors. Resumes from DESIGN-PROGRESS.md.

/a2s-deploy

Deploys to Cloudflare, connects your domain, sets redirects, submits the sitemap to Search Console and checks everything with real requests.

Checks the live site for AdSense readiness, fixes blockers, and sets up ads safely after approval. Approval itself is Google's decision.

Improves an existing page that ranks but underperforms: striking distance, low CTR, outdated or cannibalized.

Adds or fixes JSON-LD structured data: Organization and WebSite sitewide, app schema on the tool page only, Article with real dates, breadcrumbs.

Measure and maintain
